Army Program Executive Officer — Enterprise Information Systems Doug Wiltsie will move over to a new role on Dec. 1. A replacement has not yet been named, but Terry Watson, deputy PEO, will fill in during the interim.
Wiltsie is set to take over as director of System of Systems Engineering and Integration (SOSEI) for the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology). He will replace Kevin Fahey, who is retiring effective Dec. 1.

Wiltsie heads to SOSEI after spending four years at PEO-EIS overseeing the development, acquisition, fielding and sustainment of the Army’s enterprise information systems, with an annual budget of nearly $2 billion.
“I will miss working with you most of all – EIS has a dedicated, expert team unrivaled by any other PEO,” Wiltsie said in a statement his office posted Nov. 10 announcing his departure. “Thanks for all you do and keep up the outstanding work – it’s because of you that we are able to connect the global Army.”
SOSEI is based at the Pentagon and has locations in Aberdeen, Maryland; Warren, Michigian; and Fort Bliss, Texas.
