Lockheed Martin has been awarded a $45.5 million contract modification for military code, or M-Code, early-use software.

“The contract will enable M-Code tasking, monitoring, and signal in space for current and future global positioning system satellites,” according to the Department of Defense contract announcement.

The contract is scheduled to be completed by December 2019. The contract was awarded by Space and Missile Systems Center, Los Angeles Air Force Base, California.
