Raytheon has been awarded a $30.3 million contract modification for Navy radar antennae.

The company is building planar array radar array antenna assemblies with radar-absorbing material as part of the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) transmission processing sets, according to the Department of Defense contract announcement.

The contract comprises a 64 percent portion for the U.S. Navy, and 36 percent for Japan under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The work is scheduled to be completed by February 2018.
