Nimbis Services to produce cloud-based circuits for Air Force

Nimbis Services has been awarded a $9 million Air Force contract to develop cloud-based circuits.

Under the Small Business Innovation Research Phase III contract awarded by the Air Force Research Laboratory, Nimbis "will continue research and development for a Department of Defense-wide, DoD-owned cloud-based silicon integrated circuit design environment which will allow for seamless linkage of the best design and verification capabilities across DoD," according to the Department of Defense contract announcement.

The contract is scheduled to be completed by June 2023.
