Comtech to support DoD communications

Comtech has won several Department of Defense contracts, totaling $14.3 million, for communications equipment.

The contracts include $8.4 million for tactical communications systems that provide multimedia communications capabilities, which convey encrypted voice, video and data, according to a Comtech news release.

In addition, the company won $3.1 million in contracts for field support of ground satellite terminals, and $2.8 million for training solutions.
