Data Link Solutions, a joint venture between BAE Systems and Rockwell Collins, has been awarded a $51.8 million Navy radio contract.
Under the contract with Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, DLS will provide the Multifunctional Information Distribution System Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS JTRS) to U.S. and coalition forces, said a company news release. The contract includes radios for both U.S. and foreign military sales customers.
