Raytheon has been awarded a contract modification to provide radar for U.S. Special Operations Command.
Under the existing $45.5 million indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, Raytheon is obligated low-rate initial production of the Silent Knight radar system.
The contract modification is for LRIP II radars, and raises the contract ceiling to $200 million, according to the Department of Defense contract modification.
The work is scheduled to be completed by June 2019.
