The Navy is looking for innovative approaches to develop its Distributed Common Ground System Navy Increment 2 (DCGS-N Inc 2).

The Navy seeks industry feedback on innovative approaches to address knowledge, skill, and capability gaps, according to the request for information (RFI) in FedBizOpps. "The goal is, as a team, to define DCGS-N Inc 2 acquisition and engineering
strategies."

DCGS-N Increment 2 will shorten targeting timelines and improve information fidelity by aggregating, correlating, and fusing all source intelligence in real-time, and near real-time analysis of activities to produce predictive situational awareness, according to the Navy.

That allows earlier identification of enemy threat and intent, the Navy said.
