BAE has won a data management contract for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.

BAE will modernize the Information Store (iSToRE) knowledge management system, which supports the National System for Geospatial Intelligence. BAE will integrate its commercial GXP Xplorer data management software, according to the company.

"GXP Xplorer software licenses will be deployed globally to support the agency's transition from legacy image product libraries to commercial-based information storage capabilities," said a BAE news release. "The licenses will support worldwide intelligence operations by enhancing information sharing amongst Joint Task Force Headquarters, intelligence centers, and forward-deployed war fighters."
