Harris Corp. has been awarded a $27 million order for Navy electronic warfare equipment.

Harris will provide maritime electronic warfare (EW) payloads for the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory's Advanced Decoy Architecture Project (ADAP), as well as testing and engineering services, according to a company news release.

The task order is part of a $54 million indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract awarded in 2015.

"The Harris-developed ADAP EW payloads represent an upgrade to the existing Nulka decoy, currently in service with the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Royal Australian Navy and Royal Canadian Navy," the company said.
