Rockwell Collins has delivered an additional 1,400 Remote Secure Receivers (RSR) to the Air Force.
The receivers are a follow-on order that so far has delivered a total of 1,800 devices to Air Force Special Operations Command and Air Combat Command.
"RSR is the first of its kind and features the world's smallest, lowest power, secure and trusted military Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) GPS solution," according to a Rockwell Collins news release.
The receivers provide jam-resistant positioning, navigation and timing data. More than 8,000 have been ordered since the device debuted in 2015.
