General Dynamics has been awarded a task order to provide IT services to U.S. forces in Europe.

Under the United States Army Europe Theater Mission Command Contract II (USAREUR  TMCC II), General Dynamics will deliver IT services for garrison and deployed mission command networks and systems supporting USAREUR, joint, coalition and NATO operations, according to a company news release.

The five-year task order has a potential value of $184 million, if all options are exercised.

"General Dynamics will provide USAREUR with enterprise IT support services to include IT service management, systems engineering, data protection, cross domain solutions and information exchange, and technical advisory services management," the company said. "Work on this contract will take place in multiple locations across Germany, Italy and the Balkans."

This contract was awarded to General Dynamics One Source, a joint venture of General Dynamics Information Technology and General Dynamics Mission Systems.
