Two new programs are slotted to undergo proposer's days, according to a news release from the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity.

Proposer's Day allows the managers of the program to present the outlining material and vision of the program before a broad agency announcement is formally issued. This allows for audience members to get precise information on the program as well as to help the program manager refine the BAA before the official release.

On July 27, the Finding Engineering-Linked Indicators Program will have a proposer's day in the Washington, D.C. metro area. The goals of the FELIX Program is to develop technology that can better detect biological organisms, provide quality information, and distinguish the natural organism from the artificially engineered.

The Amon-Hen Program looks to fill the vacancy credible accountability for behavior in space by creating technology capable of capturing passive imagery of GEO objects while remaining based on ground. The program is looking for new ideas to approach ground-based GEO imaging that will allow a rapid collection of data for interferometric image reconstruction while keeping costs low. The proposer's day for the Amon-Hen Program is scheduled for Aug. 11.
