Fort Carson in Colorado is building a hangar for UAVs, which will likely host Gray Eagle unmanned aircraft.
The presolicitation calls for a 51,757-square-foot, two-story hangar, similar in dimension to the Gray Eagle hangar under construction at Fort Bliss, Texas. The cost is estimated at $15 million to $20 million.

An Army environmental impact statement reports that the hangar will accommodate a Gray Eagle company consisting of 12 UAVs, 128 soldiers and five ground control stations.
