Comtech has won a Defense Logistics Agency contract for Blue Force Tracking aviation terminals.

Under the indefinite delivery and quantity contract, which has a maximum value of $4.2 million, Comtech will provide AVX-06-203 Aviation Satellite Communication Transceivers, according to a company news release.

"We are extremely pleased with the confidence that the Defense Logistics Agency has placed in Comtech's BFT-1 technology," said Comtech CEO Fred Kornberg. "This award demonstrates the critical role that our Mobile Datacom organization continues to play in providing the U.S. Military with trusted BFT-1 satellite tracking communication capability."
