The Army has chosen successors for two key officials within the Army's Program Executive Officer for Command, Control and Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T).
Gary Martin will become the next PEO C3T, taking over for MG Daniel Hughes, who has been appointed deputy commanding general for support at the Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan (CSTC-A), Operation Freedom's Sentinel, Afghanistan. The change of command ceremony will take place June 19, confirmed PEO C3T Public Affairs Director Paul Mehney.

Martin is currently deputy to the commanding general at U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command.
Meanwhile, COL Ed Swanson, who will become the chief of staff for PEO Intelligence, Electronic Warfare & Sensors, will transfer his charter to COL Greg Coile in late July. Swanson has headed the Warfighter Information Network – Tactical program since 2011.

COL Coile attended Army War College this past year, Mehney said.
