Global C4ISR market to reach $1.8B, finds report

The global C4ISR market will reach $1.8 billion by 2026, according to a forecast by market consultancy ASDReports. This reflects a compound annual growth rate of 2.85 percent from a $1.3 billion market in 2016.

Cumulative expenditures between 2016 and 2026 will total $1.7 trillion.

"Land-based C4ISR systems are expected to constitute 66% of the market and thus the largest segment of expenditure," the report said. "The airborne systems segment is projected to be the second largest segment of expenditure over the forecast period, and is expected to account for a total share of 21% of the global market."

Naval C4ISR will account for 7 percent of the market, and space C4ISR 6 percent.
